Our Bond Back Guarantee

Worried about your rental bond? Don't be! We're here to help, but there are a few things to remember. We base our quotes on what you tell us, so be accurate. Your place should have power, and hot water, and be furniture-free. If not, tell us ASAP. We don't want surprises or extra charges.

What We Don't Do

We're cleaning experts, but even we have limits. No sticky stuff off walls or paint from floors—it's risky. Safety first! We might have to say no if your place has any safety issues. We'll always let you know.

We're Not Perfect, But We Try

We aim for perfection, but we're human, not robots. Your home has a thousand spots, and we clean them all. But sometimes, we might miss one. If your landlord isn't happy within 3 days of their inspection, and you give us a list of what we missed, we'll return and fix it for free. No extra cost, no hassle.

Tell Us Everything About Your Home

Do you have a balcony, blinds, stairs, or something special? Let us know before we start. We'll plan our cleaning accordingly. We won't charge you for things you don't have. Fridges and microwaves aren't included unless you ask. But ovens and dishwashers are always included.

Deep Cleaning vs. Normal Cleaning

Deep cleaning is like the deluxe version. It needs more effort and special products. If you think you need it, tell us, and we'll send the right team. If you don't, we might have to reschedule and charge you extra.

Booking and Cancellation

To book us, pay 50% upfront. It's refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead. Pay the rest on the appointment day, or we might have to cancel. If things don't match your description, like extra rooms or no power, we might reschedule, but we'll tell you. Same-day cancellations have fees.

Property Condition and Preparation

We want to do our best, but we need honesty about your home's condition. If it's a tough job, we're up for it, but we need time and the right team. If you don't tell us in advance, we might have to reschedule and charge you extra.

Not Happy with Our Clean?

We're here to make you happy, but sometimes we miss a spot. If your agent isn't thrilled, please tell us within 3 days of their inspection. Send us a list of what we missed, and we'll return for free. No refunds, though. Be polite when talking to us, or we might have to cancel future appointments.

Work Order from the Real Estate Agent

Absolutely, we've got everything covered! When you need a detailed quote, we'll provide it with before and after photos as evidence. This way, you'll have a clear record of the work we've done to make your life easier.
